I think you're all talking bollox, whoever posted up has had a bad experience, probably want his pound of flesh for not a lot of money. When I used to sell new boats you would get customers wanting to screw you to the floor on prices and used to cry there eyes out when they couldn't get what they wanted.
It used to get tiresome, maybe this is what happened to the first guy.

I see similar issues here in the states. I don't buy boats but high end enterprise network components and it's hard to gets sales people to call back or act like they want your business. Unfortunately I don't deal with numbers greater than 5 figures so I'm chump change.
