That's sadly not that impressive compared to the displays you see around Swansea. The rougher the housing estate the more OTT the lights. In fact last year they actually ran bus tours to see the displays!!!
I bet that you don't get to see stuff like that in Surrey.........
Nice to see a post from Hannah - been pretty quiet for a while!!!

Aye , are you saying someone from Swansea could put a display together like that. If so I suggest you employ them quick.

Was watching the Lewis Hamilton awards last night and in the interval an advert for the Lotto came up with what I would say is the exact same house with a different display and music, so obviously a famouse house now.

Just spotted this thread... Not a bad effort but both are just a pale imitation of the canadian guys who started this a few years back. Checkout:
http://www.lindsaylights.com/
If you look back at 2005 these guys developed the original 'wizards' sequence.
The 2007 show has 80,000 lights

For those of you with little kids, this was on Blue Peter yesterday, 18th Dec.
The guy has set up the show in the park on a "house framework".
People drivie into the car park, tune theire radios into the FM channel, and listen to the music there. Not as impressive as on a house really, not the same.
