Location: Currently in a boatyard on the River Severn in Worcestershire.
I have owned the boat since 2015 and have spent a lot of time and money bringing it to an almost brand new condition. The boat was re-tubed in approx 2010.
Suzuki DT65 Outboard Motor - Professionally serviced twice over the last 4 years, minimal use. Starts and runs really well, very reliable. At first service I had the engineer go through the whole boat/outboard and added a new in-line transom mounted fuel filter. Also replaced gearbox oil, all outboard fuel lines, new spark plugs, thermostat, new fuel line couplings. A brand new fuel filter cartridge was added Feb 2019. Direct Injection 2-Stroke. Large capacity (100 litre) under seat petrol tank.
- Purpose Built Fast Tow Road Trailer - Refurbished by myself including new wheel bearings, with less than 500 miles use, repacked with marine grease about 200 miles ago. Security lock on trailer and wheel lock included.
- Purpose Made Cover - Thoroughly cleaned and sealed 2018.

What I have done to the boat;
In addition to servicing the mechanicals of the boat / outboard / trailer, which has improved the performance of the motor immeasurably, I have undertaken a programme of works/improvements to improve the aesthetics of the boat. In no particular order I have; repainted to console, repainted the deck, added a second jockey seat with lockable underseat storage capacity, replaced all ropes/lines/clips, replaced the steering wheel, polished metalwork, fitted a new stainless steel prop, fitted a Perspex windscreen, deep cleaned, conditioned and sealed the tubes (re-sealed the tubes again in 2018), recovered the drivers seat, added new chain to the anchor. I have flushed the engine with 'Salt Away' on two occasions and always flushed it after saltwater use.
The boat is 'Winterized' according to Suzuki guidelines each year, including draining fuel tank, oiling cylinders, new spark plugs etc.
The boat is kept out of the water in a riverside boatyard, on its trailer under the cover so is protected from damaging UV light for 48 weeks of the year. The boat is only used for family holidays and odd day trips on the River Severn.
I have lots of receipts for parts and work done and loads of photo's of the boat in various stages of refurbishment. I can supply videos of the boat at full chat and also am happy to demonstrate the boat in person or via Video Call / Facetime / Skype.
I have taken pride in owning and restoring the boat but changing holiday requirements mean the boat will be hardly used for the forseeable future and so reluctantly we have decided to sell her.
The boat is basically in perfect working order in all respects and is very clean. She looks and feels brand new and I am happy to undergo any test run to satisfy an interested party.
