Avon Adventure 4m, 50HP Yamaha 4 stroke £6000
Great condition as has either been under the custom made cover or stored inside. Compared to many of these Avon’s the blue tubes have limited fading, and the engine looks almost as new. The engine runs so smooth, that once warmed up, is almost silent. This combination of motor and boat, is like a hot hatchback, as it lifts on to the plane very quickly and we have seen 25 knots, without any effort. It has been perfect for us, to explore the coast and use as a support vessel for dinghy sailing.
Comes with galvanised roller trailer, 2 fuel tanks, anchor, fenders, fish finder, custom made cover, and more.
The only real job to do is to retrim the seat, but I meant to do that when I bought it, so hasn’t stopped it being used.
Supplied in 2001 by BHG Marine, with only approx. 350hrs. First owner had as a tender for a larger boat.
Second owner added 150hrs, purchased then by me in 2017 adding another 100hrs.
Since I’ve owned it is has always been stored indoors on axle stands. Comes with all manuals from new, plus receipts from second owner and me.
