Avon Searider Milpro SR 4.7 completely refurbished £11500 ono.
This is my fathers (rogue Wave) RIB and he has owned it for the last 6 years and put it in the water once so has reluctantly decided to sell it to make some space. He sold it to someone about 2 years ago but bought it back from the new owner and I have completely rewired the RIB and fitted new pipework and engine rigging refitted all pipework
I am a highly experienced Rib technician having worked at RibShop for 4 years before starting up Crosshouse boats and trailers and have overhauled every part of this RIB to the highest standards. The photographs do not do this excellent boat justice
Every component on this boat and trailer has been replaced with the highest quality components available including an Fulton F2 winch on the brand new Extreme 750kg trailer.
The Hull, deck and Tubes on this RIB are immaculate as it has nearly always been stored indoors the deck and is also as new. The Searider consoles have been replaced by Mike Whitham, retired maker of Osprey RIBS with an Osprey console and the upholstery and bright work purchased from his suppliers Marine Fabrications and Marine Leisure .
The engine was bought from the military and although it is a 2008 it only has 14 hours on the engine and again is immaculate both inside and out. the engine has been fully serviced This week ready for customer trials
The A frame is a genuine Miltary spec aluminium bolt in A frame and this and its mounting brackets have been superbly powder coated in a grey which matches the console better and has Aquasignal lights with LED bulbs
should you be interested in buying this boat then a Sea Trial is not a problem as we are located by Crosshouse slipway in Southampton.
This boat should fit in a garage and the all round white light is on a Stem which folds down to make the A frame smaller to help get it in to a garage. I do not believe there is a better built RIB or finer Sea boat than the Avon SR 47 and this would make an absolutely superb starter RIB for someone if looked after it can give decades of service
My Father has been a commercial boat driver for 15 years and an Advanced Power Boat Instructor for 12 and he will give the new owners 2 days of tuition on the boat if required.
