Early 90's Avon SR4.7
Overall this is a nice original Searider, its not been repaired or messed about with.
The hull and deck are in original gel coat, there are the usual scrapes and scratches for a boat of this age, but nothing major. Deck is solid. Gel coat is faded to a lighter shade of orange but should polish up. It must be noted that there is a soft patch in the transom around the port towing eye, so transom will need looking at.
The tubes are original and have never been patched or repaired. They will clean up well. All sections hold air nicely except the starboard rear chamber. This has a slow pin prick leak, very easy to fix.
Collection from near to Stratford upon Avon, you will need a suitable trailer or vehicle. I can possibly deliver if distance is reasonable.
I planned on refitting this boat, but nothing got done over the summer, and I now have an impending house move so I will stick with my SIB for now.
