1. bearing kit all you need to change a hub tools, jack, two spare hubs one with new bearings the other used but ok.
2. new knott winch two speed.

3. new wheels and a spare plus new bearings and bearing savers never been run.

4. full width rear roller for ease of launch and recovery

the 3.3 merc i bought as a non runner needed cleaning out plus new fuel tank, water pump service filter, plug. i was told it had only had river use which bears out when you look internally. its never been in sea water since ive had it and its better than oars if needed.
the Suzuki 25 is in fantastic condition i recon but not had the hours checked about 200 total but dont hold me to it. it has a charging rectifier fitted and three props 10 1/4 x 10,11,12 which all perform well but the 10 is the most responsive but i run the 11 the most which it came fitted with. 2 fuel tanks 43, 22 liters, i went around the isle of Skye on the 43 liter tank.
Suzuki is a 2015 June and data tagged, merc not known

I did a full service in 2022 on the Suzuki 25 I documented that in the build thread and it’s not done much since in the way of running hours.

Now the weather is getting better I hope to sort the boat and kit out to finish this thread.

started sorting the boat stuff out see pic plus

main 2 kg Bruce anchor with chain buoy and floating rope.
stern anchor 1 kg Bruce anchor with rope
covers for the engines
two seats plus a portable seat
boarding ladder on the stern
tiller extension
electric pump works off the accessory socket best with the engine running
two fuel tanks with fuel lines
boat has no punctures or patches two paddles
console with chart plotter and Navionics gold maps
fixed radio, compass, fuse box. 12A/H gel battery, main isolation valve and accessory socket.
all the books for the engine plus service manual.
