Many of you will have known "jwalker" on this forum. Jeff sadly passed away last november and his Humber Offshore RIB is now for sale.
Jeff was an exceptional engineer as many of you will know and the boat was built by him in 2004. It has been meticulously maintained by Jeff and stored ashore when not in use.
Only 500 hours on the engine/rig and the boat's stored ashore & covered when not in use . The wheelhouse includes many creature comforts such as autohelm, suspension seats, a cabin heater, a stove and even a toilet.
Also includes a 27hp Yanmar diesel auxiliary outboard (rare as hens teeth) which, on it's own, is worth a significant fraction of the asking price.
The boat is currently ashore at Jeff's house in East Lothian on it's trailer for inspection/survey. Unfortunately a sea trial isn't possible, although I understand it is possible to run the engine up on the hose for serious enquiries.
It's a perfect long distance cruising rib, which is what I understand Jeff mostly used it for himself.
Not currently coded, but I believe it could potentially be coded if you were so inclined - albeit some stability calcs, tests and such like would be needed.
Various instruments are fitted including Raymarine Pathfinder Radar, Raymarine RL70CRC Display, Raydome Antenna, Garmin 2010C Chart Plotter, Garmin GPSMap 76C Silva, vHF Radio and more.
