Humber Destroyer 5.3m Rib - 115hp Mariner Four Stroke EFI.
This Rib was fully refurbished in 2023. Hull repainted, deck repainted and console refurbishment including a full rewire and various new items fitted. International marine grade paint used during the refurbishment.
Everything is working as it should and I serviced the engine earlier in 2024 before the boating season started again. I’m looking for a bigger rib with a double console, hence the sale. The rib is great for coastal or inland trips. We have had plenty of fun in it, but it’s time to move to something bigger. It handles the sea very well and is a very capable setup / hull design.
The rib has the original hypalon tubes with no patches or repairs. The tubes are in fair condition and hold air fine. I replaced the valve internals on the tubes during the refurbishment for peace of mind. There are a few marks / scuffs on the tubes but as you can see from the photos, the boat is in overall good to condition.
The rib comes on an Indespension un-braked roller road trailer, the trailer had new bearings, wheels, mudguards, hitch, jockey wheel and winch in 2023. The trailer had a weld repair to the left hand side rear bar, but this was professionally done.
The rib has always been rinsed down and soaped after we have used it. The engine has also always been flushed through on a hosepipe after use.

- Mariner 115hp Four Stroke EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) - The engine was serviced in March 2024 with a genuine service kit / items (Oil, Oil Filter, Spark Plugs, Gearbox Oil, Impeller & Gasket, Anodes). Electronic trim / tilt is also on the engine.
- New fuel lines and water separator fitted in 2023.
- 80L plastic fuel tank fitted under the front console. Filler cap is located behind the helm seat.
- Fuel level gauge on front console.
- New genuine Mariner/Mercury Propeller in 2023.
- Full set of navigation lights (Lalizas LED) Port, Starboard, All round white. New in 2023.
- Illuminated rev counter, fuel gauge and trim/tilt gauge for night trips.
- Electric Bilge Pump. New and fitted in 2023. Has auto & manual function with a new fused switch panel fitted to the console in 2023.
- Standard Horizon GX2200E Fixed VHF DSC Radio with built in GPS & AIS receiver. VHF aerial is mounted on the A-Frame at the rear of the rib.
- New rev counter & trim / tilt gauge including trim sender and harness fitted in 2023.
- Indespension un-braked roller trailer with new bearings, tyres, mudguards, winch, hitch & jockey wheel in 2023. There is also a brand new spare tyre with the rib.
- Twin spotlights / deck lights fitted new in 2023 (Located on the rear A-Frame)
- Front console & rear bench seat. The rear bench seat has under seat storage.
- A-frame at the rear with navigation lights, VHF aerial and spot lights fitted to it.
- Hand bearing compass mounted on the front console.
- Digital battery level indicator
- 8 Way switch panel fitted new to the console in 2023
- Fuse box fitted new inside front console in 2023.
