1 Year Train to Work Internship Programme

I have one place available for this year's Internship Programme.

Starting every September, this is a one year placement where the Intern becomes a commercial Skipper and Instructor in a number of RYA disciplines. 11 months are spent in Southampton and one of the summer months is spent at our Greek water sports centre.

A pdf with information can be downloaded from http://www.stormforce.biz/files/care...internship.pdf

The minimum age is 18, although we are not specifically looking for school/college leavers.

This will be the fourth year we have run this successful programme. We believe it is the single best way to get a head start in our industry, not only do you emerge with a far wider array of qualifications than any fast track course but you benefit from a years full time work experience and you do not have to pay for any of the training.

A typical graduate would emerge with
  • RYA Powerboat Instructor
  • RYA PWC Instructor
  • RYA Keelboat Instructor
  • BSAC Boat Handling Instructor
  • RYA Yachtmaster Commercial
  • RYA Advanced Powerboat Commercial
  • and all of the courses required to build up to the above levels

The pacakage is however fleaxbal and we adapt the training around individuals and what they have previousy done.

If having read the pdf and looked through our website you would like to apply then write to me at recruitment@stormforce.biz attaching a CV.

Above anything else I am looking for Interns with motivation and comitment.
