coding a SR 4.7m anyone done it?

Hello All,

Looking at using a SR4.7 as a work boat / support boat. Just wondering if anyone has any tips / experience in coding one of these apart from it may be a bit tight getting all the kit onboard.

Cheers

Pete

I used to run one under a local ticket, had to have all the same gear as coding so you can find somewhere to put it. The surveyor generally restrict the PAX to the amount of seats availablt which usually means 3 in a 4.7. Sonot a lot of LJ's small liferaft, PPE etc Also I guess the easiest way to get an aux steering system is to fit Hydraulics and a bypass loop and some form of removable tiller arrangement tiller for the Outboard.

I don't think they accept the paddle as an aux steering system anymore.

I'd block the Floding chamber so it's sitting higher in the water

cheers stu
