A number of our crew have decided to return to university to take up a further degree course. Another has a commitment with a wildlife trust.
We are therefore looking for an additional person to join us for the period early September through to mid November.
Essential skills are to be able to act as a wildlife tour guide, be customer focused and people friendly. You must be flexible and work as part of the team.
Other skills that will assist include helping us close and tidy up our open boats for the season. We operate 3 x 10m RIBs which need to be taken from the water, cleaned, prepared for maintenance etc. there is a lot of kit associated with this side of the business which requires checking and preparing for 2015.
Assistance in our ticket office as we keep wildlife tours going till the end of October.
We operate commercial cabin RIBs which have contracts. If you are deemed competent as a crew by ourselves for this work there is the opportunity to become involved. You must have an ML5 fitness to work at sea certificate - requirement of customers.
Essentially we are looking for someone who is prepared to join in whatever we have on the go. We can be flexible to a degree with the actual role as remaining crew are now able to adapt.
In return -wage, free accommodation with all expenses except food.
Location - Easdale just south of Oban, west coast of Scotland.
