First Aid at Work 2-day course ?

Hi, bit cheeky but just wondering if anyone here offers HSE First Aid at Work Refresher / Re-Qualification / whatever they are calling it these days (the 2 day update course) for less than £130 ? Near Bristol preferably, or somewhere that would be nice to visit for a couple of days ! Thanks

Number of days isnt everything in the real world.
Having done the 4 day medical first aid at sea course ealier in the year we really did no more, except drink lotsoff tea and listen to lotsa waffle, than would be covered on a one day rya course. I was waiting for the in depth stuff to come along but it never did. Hypothermia was only sorta mentioned - appalling really! glad I didnt pay for it!
On the other hand the 3 or 4 day fire fighting with the same instructor was brilliant stuff
