(Apart from the obvious main dealer) can anyone recommend a freelance service engineer that specialises in Hamilton Jets? My boat is due a lift out of the water for annual service.

I am in the process of rebuilding my Hamilton at the moment. They are very simple and Hamilton Jet UK give good support. They have downloadable workshop manuals on their main site. Any competent mechanic could tackle it.

Peter Tonkins is their mobile technician, extremely helpful, knows everything about all modelsl. Might be worth contacting him to see if he recommends someone in your area, if you don't fancy it yourself.

Do you have the contact details for Peter Tonkins? Due to the cost of the units, the work should be undertaken by someone with working knowledge of water jets.

At the present moment I'm offshore of Australia, and I need to get everything in place before lifting the boat out of the water.
