Importing commercial RIB into USA

I am considering importing a 9m 12 passenger RIB for commercial use under the small vessel waiver of the Jones Act.
Has ANYONE done or know anyone who has done this in the US and can advise me of any pitfalls that I might be in store for.
Also, any advice on meeting the Coast Guard Sub-chapter 'T' requirement with an imported vessel.

Thank you in advance

I have never seen a non US built vessel able to be used commercially (6 pack, or otherwise) As far as I know, even a Canadian built hurricane 733 cannot be used, but an American built Willard 7m can. They are essentially the same boat. But, if you figure out a way to do it, please let me know.

95....What do you suppose the primary reason is?
The Small Vessel waiver for the Jones Act seems pretty straightforward, according to Linda at the Maritime Administration...
Do you think it is the certification that is the hold up.?

As you probably know, there are RIB boat tours in practically every port in Europe, many more than here in the States.
There are some great boats built over there....as well.

They run a >6 Ribcraft in Catalina (though it could be US made):

Willard made a huge touring rib off a Scarab hull:
