Is this a scam?

I received this earlier today. It is from someone with the name of "Bunzilee" (bunzilee@gmail.com), who sent it to webmaster@flyfishingscotland.com. I was blind copied into it.

It does not ring right with me. I do not know this person, the language used and the questions asked do not make sense. I think it is a scam, so I am posting it accordingly. If I am wrong I am sorry.

My name is Brian Walcott and i want to place an order of Outboard Motor. please i want you to get back to me with the types and sizes you have available with the prices quote as well. please i will also need your website so that i can go through and see the other product you have. thank you and don't forget to let me know the types of credit cards you do accept for the payment.

It came to home account rather than the business one. Coincidence?
