The simple answer is it should be, however the code is badly worded.
If the raft is also ISAF Appendix A Part 2 compliant then you are covered for Cat 6-2
ISO and ISAF raft are very nearly the same and the code makes allowance for ISAF rafts that carry a SOLAS B pack
