Pressure Test

Hi, Does anyone have a pressure test form that they've completed so I can understand the differences in temp/Psi after 24hrs etc. If anyone could explain that for me. I understand that my PSI will drop in cold weather.

If for a workboat code the annual 120% inflation test appears mandatory. If done for present MGN 280 coding it is advisory.
We are in dispute over this 120% requirement as tubes now have release valves and will release after they reach max pressure. We spoke with tube manufacturers, tube repairers and Liferafts testers and all say don’t aim for the 120%.
We advice pick a two day window where reported air temps are the same , inflate to normal level . 2.5 or 2.7,is your tube pressure max gauge is colour coded. Then inflate to this pressure, test 30 mins later to get reading for first figs, then 24 hrs after same again . There is a .3 margin either way to be within.
