Skilled Labour In Lieue Of Commercial Endorsement

All,
I have a skilled Intermediate qualified powerboat handler who does all the driving for security work contracts for various discerning clients. 100's of hours of night work snurgling around the NW coast and Cinque Ports coupled with night passages etc. He is desperate to get his Advanced and Commercial endorsement but we aren't a school and hence don't have the quals nec to put him through his courses in house.
As a thoight he is also a highly skilled chippy and builder (got to do something in the winter!)
If anyone has a need for some building work, boat maint, driving/boat delivery duties etc that can be offset aganist some courses (RYA Sea Survival, 1st Aid, Advanced Course, Commercial exam) then he will leap at the chance. Sounds a bit cheeky I know but if you don't ask.....?
