You need an HO50 form from the HMCR website that you will need to fill in, be prepared for them to ask you for a copy of your MCA Licence (boat) and also a copy of your trading accounts to prove that you are a commercial operator and not just someone who wishes to claim back the duty.
They are really starting to get clued up on this- maybe with the deregulation of Red soon
