Dont think you can reply to add can only PM, as to why you maybe unable to do that I dont know.

Yes, as starovich says only the original poster and admin can post replies to boat for sale adverts - use PM or email the vendor if no phone number. It's done to stop for sale adverts drifting into arguments about price, brands or personal experiences.

If there are no methods to contact in the add or user profile let me know which ad, and I will post something for you to alert the user.
