Features Section

The "Features Section" is third from the bottom of about 25 other sections.

So, it is there.

The "drowning signs" thread is very poignant and accurate.

How about adding a "Safety-at-Sea" (SAS) area that is easily accessed, maybe with a red triangle, to allow us to top up safety issues and be easy for new visitors to spot.......you are getting many new members currently.

There are members that are fully up-to-date with safety due to work and/or training but I am sure that even these would visit the area as they are actively looking to keep on top of any experiences or information and would wish to share advice to prevent future mishaps.

Can't be bad.

If it stays empty then it can be removed. What it will do is stop you chaps squabbling over who read what where.

"Fora" is the correct term for more than one "Forum".

Imagine, people may discover what different lifejackets do. The difference between buoyancy aids and Hamar devices. How flares work and what they mean. Instead of posting questions they would be able to access a well fuelled library of real-life information added by people who know their arse from their elbow. And it would all be your idea.........

How cool.

Nice idea.

I've moved your thread to "About RIBnet | Site Help & Announcements"

Does that tickle you? Keep my thread where it is, I'll need to repost it in a few months.

Well I think that's a brilliant idea, but useless being cast into the depths of a catagory that most of us didn't know existed.
These important matters need to be brought to headline attention on a regular basis to be effective. I would have thought admin would have some auto reposting function within there program.
