A couple of times in the past we have tried chat rooms on RIBnet, but they have never really taken off. An alternative suggestion a while back was for a new section, especially for idle chat and banter.
Well now we've got one - the RIBnet bilges. Feel free to post what you like there (subject to normal rules of legality and a modicum of decency!).
