Links to Ribnet threads

Hi all.

When I click on a link to another thread included in a post, and it opens in a new window, I'm not logged in and get all the adverts etc.

For example Nos's link to the SR lifting strops for sale thread posted earlier today.

Why's that then?

Does it happen to everyone?

Have I set something up badly?

Nasher.

RIBase
I found IE did that fairly regularly. No problems now I've switched to Firefox.

RIBnet works as www.rib.net and rib.net but the forum software treats them as separate domains when it stores login information using cookies. If you're logged in to rib.net and follow a link to www.rib.net then you may need to log in again.

If you have logged into both versions and clicked "remember me" then it shouldn't happen any more.
