Better... But full of adverts. Grrr. Par for the course I suppose. Wish they were boat related ad's though rather than random generic ones like Uber!

The new layout is definitely an improvement. The app is a branded version of Tapatalk which has been getting worse and worse with every update, but this does look like a step in the right direction.
By the way, if you want to get rid of adverts for a few quid there is the option of using the full version of Tapatalk and paying for their "VIP" option. I use it a lot here, and for other forums, so have just stumped up a tenner to get rid of adverts forever.

I'd pay ALOT more than a Tenner if anyone comes up with some techno gadget to eliminate em on TV!
We're Getting more like the U.S. E every week!.... ..
....maybe just ONE reason with just 300,000,000++ population they "select" the People do

I don't watch a lot of TV, but what I do watch is almost always recorded which means I can skip the ads. I've hardly seen a TV ad in years.
The only time I do see TV ads is on the rare occasion I watch something using ITV Player. Them I'm always amazed at how crap they are. I try to imagine the commissioning meetings where these ads were the best that anyone could come up with!

I think they probably produce them to suit the demographic that DOES watch them...

Not only that but ads- certainly TV ads are normally signed off by the commissioning organisation at a high level. I'm really surprised at the rubbish that directors allow to be put out showcasing their brand.
Also the often very lazy unoriginal advertising agency concepts .....how many time has been an advert "....love X , love our associated product". No creativity at all

Don't like it, crashed twice & the ads are very annoying & spoil the flow of the reading. The picture previews also limit the number of messages on the screen, not good when viewed on a phone. It looks very Facebook[emoji15]

On the full version of Tapatalk you can turn off image previews which helps.

Don't let it "upgrade" the new version is absolute cr4p!! Come on John, roll it back. This will do more damage to Ribnet than any dissident breakaway group ever did.
Talk about throwing the baby out with the bath water[emoji57]. Is it a revenue raising exercise??

Nothing to do with me, or with Social Knowledge either for that matter. The RIBnet app is just a badged up version of Tapatalk and we don't have any control over how it's developed. Sorry!

Ads are rarely generic, or random - they tend to be customised by/for your browsing history...
...are you waiting for a cab to somewhere else?
