New Forum Feature - Photo Albums
We have a new feature; member photo albums. You can find this option in your profile under the networking tab over on the left side. http://www.rib.net/forum/usercp.php
You can set up personal picture albums as well as leave comments on the pics of others. You can also manage comments and images in your own album. Currently you can set up 2 albums of 50 pics each. Images must be smaller than 100 K or 600 x 600 pixels.
To view another members album, visit their profile or click on the Community Drop down menu on the upper nav bar. Here's mine
In the next few weeks (and once some of these albums are populated) we can add a rotating display of those images to the top of the forum. Post them if you have them

If you have a look at the original post I think you might want to rethink that -

I'm not against it. I think it's a good idea. I'll take the chance of talking for cookee and say that. I clicked on the link in the post and it sends me to my pic which I haven't set up. The link should be to Janet h. What I was saying as I think cookee was. There was a problem there

Ok, I've put a few up. I'll search through our albums for the best ones of the boat and the places we've been. One point though: maybe it would be good to encourage a good description of each photo. I've labelled each of mine with the location and the boats in them, but I notice the few other members who have set them up haven't done the same? I think it would be a shame for people who browse through someone's album and see a boat or place they like and no description. Maybe just a little note explaining that point would suffice
Good idea though
