Looks like you've set the CSS to come from cdn.rib.net, but dns for cdn.rib.net isnt set up!

Hmm, thats not true - it looks like there may be a caching issue or something on the virgin media dns servers.. it works with most other dns servers

It looks like they have turned on the content delivery network which should mean that most people see the pages loading quicker. There may be some temporary issues as things settle down, but they shouldn't last long.
