No Smilies
When writing a post, I have the smily column on the right as usual, but can't use any of them in the posts.

 :big grin:
Hey - quality stuff - the : willk : is working. I'm liking this more and more.
Basically, the system is shot but someone has the decency to look embarrassed. I always said it would be handy!

It's a bug and we're onto it. Will get it sorted as soon as we can!
In the meantime you can see all the codes to manually include smiles here
Actually, it's not just the smilies it's all the editor controls

Right, I have been looking into this - because I love rib.net and the wealth of knowledge, and the help I have got from here. And I really don't want to see all the members leave - or any come to that!
I've had a look through the code for the website, and some of the problems are javascript related.
In the files, some files have been incorrectly setup for instance..
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://cdn.rib.net/forum/http://yui.yahooapis.com/2.9.0/build/yahoo-dom-event/yahoo-dom-event.js?v=387"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://cdn.rib.net/forum/http://yui.yahooapis.com/2.9.0/build/connection/connection-min.js?v=387"></script>
These urls I am sure should not have the "http://cdn.rib.net/forum/" in front of them, and without them the urls work fine.
There also seem to be other "race" conditions happening, with some of the vbulletin code not finding the javascript "vbulletin" variable - but this looks to be because the code has been put "inline" and other dependant scripts arent loading in time.
If we can get those two urls fixed, I am happy to look more into the other issues.

From what I can work out, fixing the two urls for the yahoo javascript files will solve all of the content editing issues at least.
