Is there any way to publish a pdf for public viewing on the site?

I've found a pdf copy I've had for years of a B Class Atlantic lifeboat users manual.

It's 122 pages with some really interesting stuff in great detail.
But is nearly 13.5MB

It would be some good functionality but I expect it may end up clogging up a server somewhere.

I think @CJL has a repository of manuals that can be downloaded. You could ask if he could host it.
