Posting photos from RibNet App or Tapatalk

I've tried both the RibNet app and Tapatalk. When I try to upload photos it says 'upload failed' and 'invalid file'.

These are photos on my phone, taken with my phone.

Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a work around?

I haven’t heard of any problems recently. Can you tell us what OS and app versions you’re running?

It is App version 7.1.10 and Android 9.

It is working OK with downloaded photos and photos from my camera but not with photos taken by my phone.

However those photos are now in my Google Photos and I can use them OK by linking them when posting them on my desktop.

I guess it must therefore be an issue with my phone.

I have since long time the same issue .
Made a screenshot of the failure message but cannot attach it .
If I use picr and include the link to the picture into my post it works .
But anything I want to upload from the phone fails .

I have a different issue - every time I post photos using the app it seems to post two photos of the same photo, even where I attach just one ...

I get that too, but within a couple of minutes one disappears. I think it’s the server formatting the message. It’s the same when you multiquote, the message takes a minute or two to sort itself out.

I've had this problem to on my old phone I could take pictures and post now it keeps saying upload failed can so administration look at this please ta
