Ian,
Thanks - I had some difficulties a little while ago, I've logged the traceroute files and sent them to Janet/Andy so hopefully they will be able to identify where the error is arising.

I can't currently start a new thread from my iPhone, keeps telling me I need to choose a thread prefix, but the option "roller" is blank and I can't select anything. Am I being thick? (polite answers only please!)

Crusher, thanks for letting us know this. Can you confirm which forum you were trying to post in (e.g. Classifieds>Bits and Pieces). Some now have a "Prefix" to help tidy them up - so it will help to know if it is a prefix setting wrongly appearing on a "normal" forum, or the options just not displaying on a forum that should have a prefix. (I don't have an iPhone so can't test for myself].
EDIT: Note to admin team - I've just tested in Android App - and on Bits and Pieces get asked for a Prefix but dropdown list has three blank options (all fail) . On normal forums get asked for prefix but one blank option (a little illogical) but it succeeds.
Anyone having this problem with no easy alternative way to post feel free to put the "Ad" in one of the main forums and we will move it for you

Polwart, yes, trying to post on classifieds bits and pieces and was asked for the prefix but the options were all blank. Had to get someone to log onto a pc and do it for me as I won't be near a pc for a few days! Hope this helps.

The prefix issue for iPhone users has been fixed with an update. You will most likely have to delete and then reinstall the app. Thanks for your patience on this
