Yes I believe it probably is. It's enabled here too, with some exceptions to prevent the sigs being more prominent than the actual messages.

This is always subject to change, but the current settings are:

Can Use Signatures Yes
Maximum Characters in Signature Including BB Code Markup 400
Maximum Characters in Signature Excluding BB Code Markup 300
Maximum Lines in Signature 4
Allow BB Code Yes
Allow Basic BB Code Yes
Allow Color BB Code No
Allow Size BB Code Yes
Maximum Value of x for [SIZE=x] BB Code 2
Allow Font BB Code No
Allow Alignment BB Code Yes
Allow List BB Code Yes
Allow Link BB Code Yes
Allow Code BB Code Yes
Allow PHP BB Code No
Allow HTML BB Code No
Allow Quote BB Code Yes
Allow Image BB Code No
Maximum Number of Images in Signature 0
Allow Smilies No
Allow HTML No

Max line length before it wraps is 90 characters

Ok cheers John .. I'll fiddle about with it and see if I can get it to work,.. its basically a playlist link to my last.fm page .. they have lots of formats, I'll try a simpler one.. ta

Yea but the gif format looks a lot nicer on the eye and displays a list which people can see ,.. within limits ofcourse most forums will only allow 5 titles for example bit it looks like they are not allowed here half of this pic was what I was trying to display .. and whats cool about it is that its a live link, so it takes peeps to the track on last.fm's site so they can listen to it there and then !! how good is that ?
