115hp Optimax

I am trawling around for an engine for the 5.8 destroyer I am awaiting and I have fund several places doing 115HP Optimax outboards cheap.
They all seem to be around 4 years old by the transfers but all new boxed.
Is there a reason why so many places seem to have stock of new/old outboards of this size and type?
I was looking at Honda FS 90's but a 115 Optimax would be fine if it was at a reasonable price. I don't care about the latest model as long as it has warranty and is new.
Any thing about these engines I should know about? Cancelled North Korean order or suchlike?

the ad pictures show the one marked Saltwater so I am assuming they are new but a few years old stock. More than one place is advertising these outboards so I also assume there are some knocking around for a reason?

I may be wrong but I do not think the 75 -115 come as standard with Smartcraft - its worth looking around the bargains to try and find one that comes with this great piece of kit .... IMHO
