1983 Mercury 3.5hp outboard

Dear Sirs,

Can someone give me direction as what to do with a stripped out vent hole on my lower unit oil fill area? The vent hole has no more threads as the previous owner stripped the heck out of them. There are not even threads left. Please advise. Thanks so much.

Go to a engineering company near you and take the plug , and ask them to helicoil the hole.The same thread as the plug.
