1990 Mariner 100 2stroke power tilt electric motor

How do you remove the electric power tilt motor? I wish to service it as it is sometimes a little reluctant to operate if left a week or two and needs a light tap with the head of a screwdriver to wake it up. I assume dirty brushes or similar.
I can see one bolt head on the top towards the rear of the motor and I'd guess there is another diagonally opposite
But it cannot be seen as it is hard against the transom and below one of the engine mount brackets.

Any advice gratefully received.

Thanks

Phil
