Check the gaskets on the float chambers on the carbs. I bet one is letting air in at very high revs

Sure sounds like it is running out of fuel. The fuel bulbs do go soft within a couple of minutes of pumping them up, that is normal. Just before the engine dies or as it is dying pump the bulb a few times and see if it resolves the issue. As beamishkin states look for a restriction or possibly a bad fuel pump. Ethanol fuels wreak havoc on rubber diaphragms and hoses.

You do realise that carb bowls are vented & arent under vacuum, they work like a toilet cistern, the float cuts off the fuel flow once they are full, the bowls in the ops carbs are likely draining giving the symptom of running out of fuel. The gaskets mearly stop fuel leaking out when full. your just confusing the issue by suggesting dumb things that are never going to be the issue.
Some good suggestions to check from others, pump diaphragm & pump valves also the on engine fuel filter & fuel lines & even the tank pickup, or ideally try a different tank

Fuel hose collapsing or disintegrating fuel bulb with a hole under a clip which I’ve had

Almost nice way to put it and a good explanation of how it works.

Another good explanation of how the gaskets work, but calling someone dumb reflects on you. Please be kind to others that are only trying to help...

The guy is the resident troll & has never heard the qoute
"Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and to remove all doubt."
He regularly removes the doubt!
Hes not trying to help he just loves the sound of his own voice & would rather mislead someone into an unnecessary carb stripdown than remain silent

There's plenty of good advice here already, but I'll just add that it does sound like fuel starvation. That could be air getting into the line, the hose collapsing or breaking down inside, debris in the tank or even the dreaded "forgetting to open the tank vent".

I ignored the carb as a possibility since you mentioned it was already serviced.
