2 stroke Oil Leak?

Hi All

Ive just noticed this on my 25hp 2/ Yam, is that gear box oil?
I assume i need to order a fibre washer and check the oil level or replace?

Outboard was last used at the weekend and running well.

Ive just seen theres a small drain hole next the the bolt and thats where its coming from.

Any help or advice would be great.
Thanks

Not familiar with the engine, but could it be an exhaust drain hole, the oil could be 2stroke🤷*♂️

Pikey is probably right its just a weep hole for the exhaust & its likely to be excess unburnt two stroke oil. If your concerned about the gearbox just loosen the drain screw and allow a drop of oil out & see if its white telling you is got water in if its the correct colour then dont worry about it
