2003 Mercury 15hp drive shaft replacement

Had a brilliant two weeks on Kintyre with the Sib & the hardboat apart from the ML gearbox expiring 80 miles from home (cheers AA, 4 1/2 hr wait) but my main problem is my 15hp (2003) 2 stroke with my new stainless prop hit a rock and has twisted the splines at the top of the main driveshaft..........
Any suggestions of where to get a replacement & how to remove it from the gearbox very welcome please?

Just get in touch with any Mercury or Mariner dealer.
