200Hp Suzuki with 700 hrs on clock, issues ?

Any problems or things I shoudl watch out for ?

This is powering a 7m rib.

I have been told it gets circa 100nm out of 160 Litre tank.... is this about right... seem a bit low to me ?

Is it a DF200 4-stroke, or a DT200 2 stroke?

1.6 litres/nm is a lot. Erin's getting much better economy on a 6.5 Vipermax with the same motor. It would depend on how it's driven though.

There were some issues with early DF250s, but the DF200s seem to have been ok.

If that fuel consumtion estimate is correct then it certainly sounds high. Might depend on how well propeed it is and also how much weed on the hull. I'd get a Suzuki dealer to plug in the laptoip to check the engine parameters and the history of any alarms or faults. It stores the last three faults that have gone off.
