I have a Johnson 15 2003 model for my RIB with remote accelerator . The plate is stuck and won’t move and I don’t have the puller to remove the flywheel. What could the reason be?.
Is this the timing adjustment plate that's under the flywheel? If it is then Disconnect the linkage to the accelerator and see if it moves , give you a better idea of what's actually siezed.
