Anyone in Lewis / harris got an 8-20Hp engine I could hire / borrow?

Hello.

Off to the Western Isles 1st week of April, and planning on taking the "dinghy" (Avon W4340)

Only hassle is we're self catering and 4 of us, so not a huge amount of space left in the car to put the engine / fuel tank!

I've been toying with building some form of contraption to put it on the roof rack, but then thought could I hire / borrow one?

If anyone has a spare engine I could hire or borrow with a suitable "thank you" It may save some hairy roof rack antics!

Sorted. Boat deflated - it, engine & fuel will fit in in a sub 2.5m long box trailer....
