Auxiliary engine on transom

Hello folks, can anyone recommend something that I can stick or add to my transom on both sides to do two things:
One to blend in with the white transom and make it look abit nicer
Two to protect the transom from the brackets of my aux df4

Please see photo, you can see the rust marks, don't mind if it is sticky or hard white plastic, what do you think?

Enter 'transom pads' into Google. Lots of purpose made gizmos.
Couple of random links for you:
Transom Pads for inflatable boats, dinghy and RIBs
Seamark Nunn.com Discount Marine Equipment: Outboard Lifting Brackets & Pads
Lots on ebay too:

I've got one of these, although the clamp ends do permanently mark the pad which I suspect would be the case with most things:
Outboard Transom Pad - Plastic

Yeah we screwed / sealed a plastic Seamark nunn one on the outside of a white dory hull years ago.

Put a cast one aluminium one with a lip on the inside as the engine came off at the end of every day and we felt the lip would offer another "safety catch" to stop is sliding straight off should one of the clamps let go slightly.
