B7HS-10 Vs BR7HS-10
Hi,
I have two engines, an 1984 15D Yamaha and a 1984(ish) 8hp Mariner.
The Mariner uses B7HS-10 and the Yam recommends BR7HS-10 spark plugs.
I have read the R stands for resistor and is supposed to reduce radio interference.
I want to stock up on spares but was wondering if one can be used in place of the other so I don’t have to carry a number of spares for each engine?
I did read one type protects cdi engines (?).
Thanks in advance for any help.
