Merc do tiller kits from small engines upto 125hp Opti's then the big tiller after that. Just by a 2 stroke 50hp, comes with a tiller already!

biggest outboards w/ tiller control

I looked at a boat today thart had a 200 hp mercury w/ tiller control.
