Breaking a Yamaha 50D with ptt
As a follow on from a previous post I am going to break up my Yamaha 50D (3 cylinder, 2 stroke) for parts.
Either the top bearing or the middle cylinder is goosed and it’s seized. I don’t want to strip the block any further as I have already sheared two bolts, so have decided to call it a day with fixing it.
All the other parts are working though so if anyone wants any bits let me know and a sensible offer before they go on eBay.
A lot of the parts cross pollinate to the 40.
I can put pictures up of any individual parts as requested.
And if anyone sees a light 4 stroke for sale please let me know
