can you buy trim and tilt sytems for engine with manual tilt ?

just wondering if you could get t and t systems fitted into systems without it (manual tilt)

Yeah, you can buy retro-fit systems. It's like another yoke that the outboard sits over. They pop-up on Ebay, usually in the States, not cheap though.

Bit like turning 2-wheel drive into 4-wheel drive. Less hassle all-round will be to sell privately then purchase a new or second hand engine with electric power trim and tilt. With 4m boat, it can't be much bigger than 50hp. I know with Yamahas, that the ram units do come up for sale occasionally.
