Carb cleaning .....Honda 60

I have a good condition honda 60 3 cylinder ...the bottom cylinder when I pull the ht lead shows its not doing much at idle.... If i can get the boat past idle it will get onto the plane and flies along... there is a good spark. everything points to a dirty blocked idle jet on the bottom carb....Ive put it through a heated ultrasonic bath four times and it looks spotless....it still won't idle properly... any thoughts or suggestions?? ta Nik

Have you balanced the carbs? but check valve clearances first.

That's the isue about counting with multi carbs and cylinders as well, carbs needs to be balanced to perfection with a special vaccum meter whether mechanical or electronic if wanting all carbs to work smooth even when at idle. Idle ear adjustment is only good for pro mechanics...

Happy Boating
