Seems a bit cheap to me... ...I am sure if you wanted someone local to visit it to check it is real and check the ser nos etc - maybe see it running then that would be possible. Just proposing that to the vendor may be enough to flush out a scam.
I sold my 2003 models, with nearly 700 hours, one for £2.5k (counter rotaing) and the other for £3.5k (standard rotation), so does sound a bit cheap to me.
