Compression on an old Mercury 2-str 15hp?..

Hi,

What level of compression am I looking from a late '80s 15hp 2 stroke outboard?

I understand that the cyl compression on both cyls was been measured at 130psi (which I'll doube check)

So what does good look like guys?..

Gracias!

Thanks for the response Uncle Al. TBH I don't know as I pick it up on Thu pm (excited), but had a local friend take a quick look... but he's no engine specialist.

..any tips to check out such as the gear oil colour appreciated too, but I'm hearing 130 psi is in right ballpark?

Cheers guys...
