At your local dealer i know we have it but we are dealers. it may not be sold to public but dont know. no harm in asking

I know these guys have them, but they're on my side of the Atlantic:

I am unable to find a part number for the kit. As I recall, it runs a couple of hundred bucks (US.)

A web search for Yamaha Outboard Diagnostic Software may turn up something a bit more local for you.
